Serenity Bay Resort Booking Information

Our Rates:

Serenity Bay Resort requires 50% down at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to check-in.

July & August are a 7night minimum for cottages, the remainder of the year its a 2night minimum/ 3 on holiday weekends. RV accommodations are a 2 night minimum, 3 nights on holiday weekends ... NO exceptions!

Pet fee: $50 pet (to cover the extra cleaning & sanitation required). Please note.. pets are NOT permitted in the Grand Chalet due to the presence of carpeting. Pets may only be booked to stay in the Cozy Cottage, Lakeview Farmhouse, Hilltop Hideaway & Sunset Haven accommodations.

Cancellation Policy

NO Refunds will be issued between the months of November and May

A cancellation more than 30 days prior to check-in: Full refund of deposit minus $100 cancellation fee.

A cancellation 15 to 29 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of deposit & $100 cancellation fee applies.

A cancellation 14 days or less prior to check-in: No refund (unless we can get your dates rebooked, in which case a 50% refund will be issued & a $100 cancellation fee applies).

Regulations as follows...

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age or older & present during the rental period.

All overnight occupants must be listed on rental form. Overnight occupancy must NOT exceed the designated limit.

Respectable day visitors may be permitted with advance permission, but a visitor fee applies: $5/per person (2 yrs & under are free). Guest wristbands must be worn to use Resort amenities.

Absolutely NO wild parties. The Resort is monitored. Partiers will be removed from the premises, along with the primary renter & all occupants with zero monies refunded. Damage deposit will also be forfeited.

Quiet time is between 11pm & 8am. No exceptions, please be respectful. Note: No loud outside music anytime - thank you.

Smoking is not permitted inside any of our accommodations.

Authorized pets are permitted, subject to the $50 pet fee. Any incurred damages will be charged to the primary renter.

Cozy Cottage (Sleeps 6)

Jan- June & Sept-Dec:

Friday & Saturday $400/ night + HST

Sun-Thurs $350/night + HST

July & August: Saturday to Saturday only

$3164.00 taxes in.

Grand Chalet (Sleeps 8, to a max of 10)

Jan-June, Sept- Dec:

Friday & Saturday $450/night + HST

Sun-Thurs $400/ night + HST

July & August: Friday to Friday only

$3559.50 taxes in.

Lakeview Farmhouse (Sleeps 12)

Jan- June, & Sept- Dec:

Friday & Saturday $475/night + HST

Sun- Thurs $425/night + HST

July & August: Sunday to Sunday only

$3757.25 taxes in.

Hilltop Hideaway RV (Sleeps 5)

May 1st to October 31st

$300 per night + HST

Sunset Haven RV & Bunkie (Sleeps 2 + 2 in the bunkie)

May 1st to October 31st

$300 per night + HST RV only, $50 per night for the Bunkie
